The St. Andrews Chamber Music Festival

The St. Andrews Chamber Music Festival will hold its opening concert on May 31 at Wesley United Church, followed by a performance on June 2 of Messiaen - "Quartet for the End of Time" beginning at 3 pm at the All Saints Anglican Church Parish Hall (pre-concert talk starts at 2:30).

Tickets for the concert on Sunday are $30 (cash only); children free.

Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream

Eastport Arts Center (EAC) 36 Washington Street, Eastport

Eastport Arts Center is thrilled to continue a tradition of hosting high school theater when a troupe of local teens presents Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream on May 31 and June 1. A project of the Shead Theater Club, the play is being adapted and directed by instructor Ian Campbell.

Performances will be on Friday, May 31 at 7 pm, and Saturday, June 1 at 2 pm and 7 pm. Tickets are $12; attendees 17 and under will be admitted free of charge, and no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
