Volunteers Wanted for Maine Owl Pellet Project

Washington County ME

The Maine Owl Pellet Project wants you! The project is hoping to engage as many outdoors people as they can to increase the number of eyes on the lookout for owl pellets on the ground in Maine. In doing so, we can discover more about the fascinating world of owls, their prey, and the ecosystems they call home.

Work Group and Poverty Busters with the CCC

Online Event Anywhere you can connect to the internet, ME

The Community Caring Collaborative's Work Group meets with Poverty Busters on Zoom from 1:00-3:00 pm on the first Wednesday of each month. Work Group members are direct service workers, volunteers and agency admins who come together to share resources, support each other and brainstorm solutions to community needs. Poverty Busters are low-income community members, partners from agencies, and other community members working on grassroots strategies to increase poverty awareness locally and to remove the barriers that poverty creates.
