The poem sent to you will be selected at random, and will be authored by another poet from the Two Bays Region, including Nova Scotia; PEI; Washington County, Maine; and New Brunswick! The Bold Coast Runners invite you on weekly excursions around Downeast Maine and the Maritimes, with runners of all capabilities welcomed to join. Run venues vary weekly and range from 1 mile to 50 miles, from smooth tar to rugged single track.
