Passamaquoddy Lodge in St. Andrews is requesting donations for a Christmas market as they would like to give residents the opportunity to shop for their loved ones. Requested items include calendars, stuffed toys, wrapping paper, packaged candy, ornaments, etc. (new or used condition).

Registration open for Run for Cheer

Grand Manan Grand Manan

Registration is now open for Run for Cheer, a 5k, 10k & half marathon event hosted by Grand Manan's first annual Island Fest! Proceeds are going to Grand Manan's first competitive Breakers Cheerleading team.

Ganong Nature Park is proud to present the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Musical Ride. A Canadian tradition since 1876, a troop of 32 scarlet coated “Mounties” on majestic black horses present a 30 minute show of intricate figures and cavalry drills choreographed to music.

Four seriously fun days of crafting and play await you this August! Nurture your creative family with studio time, indoor and outdoor activities, celebratory meals, and wonderful community at our campus along Kapskuk (Passamaquoddy for Cobscook Bay). During focused sessions we will offer adults four crafting options: book arts, screenprinting, pottery, and wildcrafting. You may learn new skills, refresh your old chops, or practice your craft under the guidance of a compassionate, accomplished artisan. Between sessions, you can refresh your youthful spirit with activities and conversations, at Cobscook Institute and in the area.

Ecstatic Dance has resumed weekly meetings at Eastport Arts Center. All are invited to come and dance to great rhythmic music and move however they wish on Tuesdays from 5:00 - 6:00 pm. Attendees should wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring water to drink. The sessions are offered by $5 suggested donation.
