Living in Abundance and Beauty: The mental health benefits of gardening

Charlotte County residents are invited to participate in a series of online weekly workshops about the mental health benefits of gardening. The workshop emphasizes therapeutic gardening and learning to use gardening as a tool to practice acceptance of things beyond our control.

The workshop runs from Thursday, January 20 to March 10, from 2:00 to 3:30. It has a capacity of 60 participants. For more information, please contact Marie-Cecile Leger at marie-cecile.leger@gnb.ca.

Cobscook Center is offering an ongoing art club for tweens and teens beginning on January 13 from 3:00 to 5:00 pm and continuing Thursdays thereafter. In this youth led space we will nurture one another’s individual artist selves.
