Susan Lapides: Sea Change
Over 6 years, Susan Lapides assembled sixty-five photographs of seventeen girls with two to six portraits of each - all holding lobster, the symbol of St. George (their community). The photographs in Sea Change underscore the importance of girls and women in this community and beyond.
The exhibit will run from July 22 through August 13, with an opening reception on July 22 from 5-7 pm. There will be an artist talk at Sunbury Shores on August 6 from 2:30-3:30 pm.
