Join Pat Olson for a fun workshop and learn the basics of sourdough and multigrain baking! Participants will learn how to use a sourdough starter, as well as make sourdough crackers. They will start a simple slow-rise bread dough they can then bake at home. Last but not least, participants will bake multigrain muffins and eat them at the end of class.
