Mindful Flow Yoga

Join yoga instructor Samantha Williams for a six weeks course in mindful flow yoga running Saturdays from 9:00 to 10:00 am starting June 4. This course will improve your balance, muscle strength and range of motion. This course will also enhance your sense of well-being. Participants will cultivate stability and mobility while supporting optimal posture, and the mind-body-spirit connection.
