Down East Tintypes: Documenting the Down East Region by John DiMartino

New York City historic tintype photographer, John DiMartino, opens his Down East tintype exhibit featuring one-of-a-kind photos printed on metal using a process popular in the mid 19th century. John has spent two years+ documenting occupations, scenery, historic buildings, and local characters in the Maritimes and coastal Maine.
All works are for sale and can be taken home immediately. Refreshments will be served. Please join us on August 4 7-9 pm for the launch of this exciting new exhibit, meet the artist, and take home a work of rare photographic artwork that will only appreciate in value.
Exhibit runs July 31-September 22.
