This four day intensive is being led by Marlene Evans-Putnam is for painters of all levels from July, 10th through July 14th, 2018. Due to the small size of the group, much individual attention will be given to each participant. Come paint such beautiful scenes as Historic Lubec Waterfront, Campobello Island, and Cutler Harbor. Marlene Evans-Putnam has taught at such esteemed organizations as The Copley Society, Demonstrations at The Rockport Mass Arts Association and North Shore Art Association at Gloucester, Mass, she is currently teaching at The Museum of Fine Arts School at Vero Beach Florida. Come join us for the first of what is hoped to be more to come!

TIMA’s North Church Early Music Festival Concert – Ensemble Abendmusik

James David Christie, acclaimed organist for the Boston Symphony, will play inaugural performances on newly installed Schlicker chamber organ at the Tides Institute & Museum of Art’s (TIMA) North Church project space. There will be two early music performances during the festival. The eight member Ensemble Abendmusik will perform, with James David Christie as music director and organist, the evening of Saturday, July 14 at 7 pm and James David Christie will perform a solo organ recital on the Schlicker organ on the afternoon of Sunday, July 15 at 3 pm. Advance purchase of tickets is required, please call TIMA at 853-4047 for more information.
