Tai Chi for Health – Eastport

Start the New Year off in balance by joining Samantha Williams for a weekly Tai Chi class. Tai chi, an ancient Chinese practice, incorporates slow, gentle and controlled movement to improve relaxation, flexibility, balance, concentration, and muscle strength. Tai Chi is the perfect antidote to our fast-paced modern culture, and a wonderful way to start or keep moving in the winter. Classes are suitable for those new to Tai Chi, as well as those who have practiced before. Chairs are available for those who prefer to practice seated.
