Tai Chi for Health – Eastport

An event every week that begins at 11:00am on Friday, repeating until March 30, 2018

Start the New Year off in balance by joining Samantha Williams for a weekly Tai Chi class. Tai chi, an ancient Chinese practice, incorporates slow, gentle and controlled movement to improve relaxation, flexibility, balance, concentration, and muscle strength. Tai Chi is the perfect antidote to our fast-paced modern culture, and a wonderful way to start or keep moving in the winter. Classes are suitable for those new to Tai Chi, as well as those who have practiced before. Chairs are available for those who prefer to practice seated. There is no charge, though a $5 donation is recommended. To register, contact Samantha Williams at getfitinme@gmail.com or call 207-214-6516. Classes will meet weekly on Fridays from 11 am-12 pm through March 30, 2018.
